Refund and Return Policy

We take pride in the quality of our products and hope you love them as much as we do. However, we understand that issues can arise that are out of your control.

Returns: Our policy does not generally allow for returns. We encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase. If you believe you have made an error in your order, please contact us immediately so we may assist you in correcting it before shipment.

Refunds: Refunds are only issued in cases of damaged or lost items due to shipping errors. If your item arrives damaged, or if it has not been received within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the supposed delivery date. We will require proof of the damage or a description of the issue with the shipping to process your refund request.

Once your claim is verified, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please place a new order through our website.
